Upon your interest in one of our houses for rent. We advise perspective tenants to first drive by the property to make sure this is the type of home you may be interested in. Next, revise what is required to rent the property before scheduling a view and submitting a rental application. If you've already driven by and feel you have the qualifications, please contact property management to schedule a view.
We only do Self-Showings and a questionnaire form will need to be filled out, this gives a summary of what will be required when ready to apply. Once we receive the Self-Showing Questionnaire the property manager will contact you to schedule a view of the rental property.
If you do not which to see the property inside and want to proceed, you do not need to fill out the Self-Showing Questionnaire.
Once you’ve decided to submit a rental application, we offer 3 options as stated below: Screening charge for each adults +18 years.
1) RECOMMENDED: TurboTenant portal. Application Fee includes screening.
2) Zillow Rental Rental Manager. Application Fee includes screening.
3) This website: Free Rental Application. Free application. Once approved there will be a screening fee.
Max 2 Pets: All pets must be added to Renter's Insurance. If a pet is breed restricted you'll need to get a separate animal insurance. In both cases the Renter's Insurance must cover animal bite liability.
Max Occupancy: For safety reasons, the maximum occupancy of a property is based on its square footage. Please refer to the specific property advertisement for detailed occupancy limits.
