Do it again 1 week before Move-Out. *Before using read “Hotshot Fogger” for risks and dangers - Not comfortable, hire a professional. Fogger may not fully eliminate the issue - Avoid a definite $harge.
You are just moving in, why think about moving out! It’s important to maintain the property through out your stay – both inside and outside, cleaning will be much easier on your family at move out and you will be able to get your Deposit Refunded.
Broken items can get costly, its important to take care of the house, should an accident happen it’s much cheaper for you to replace the broken item than to have the property manager replace it, there is a 20% fee over the cost of the replaced item.
Avoid costly charges against your deposit at move out by cleaning your Refrigerator. Clean the exterior – especially above and under the unit, inside – clean the freezer, refrigerator, bins, glass cover shelving and door racks.
Cooking is fun! But remember to maintain your stove clean, cleaning this appliance can get pricy at move out. It’s important to clean the stove top, the oven and the broiler drawer. Don’t forget to clean the floor, under the stove where grime, oil and pest easily collects.
