• Security Deposit (Amount equal to First Month's Rent. (Refundable / Non-Refundable under move out conditions.)

• $300 Includes up to 2 pets.
• $300 each additional pet.

•  Renter's Insurance paid in advance for 12 months.
• Pet(s) MUST be included.
• Aprox $200 - $300 yearly.

• Screening all applicants 18+ 
•  Credit, Background & Eviction Check $45 each.

All utilities must be under Tenant's Name on the 1st day of Moving in. Don't forget to add this to your moving expense budge.
